Every year comes with new experiences and new adventures! It’s a New Year and it is a fresh start to set resolutions. In 2019, my New Year’s resolution was traveling. Did I accomplish it? Yes!
I went to Puerto Rico, Colombia, and Costa Rica. In addition, I also took small road trips to Miami, Florida, Hilton Head, South Carolina, Greenville, South Carolina, and Savannah, Georgia. I can say that 2019 was a fun navigating year for me. They were all amazing trips.
Because I want to continue touring around the world, I want to set a New Year’s resolution to exercise more and stay consistent. During my time of travel, I eat so much that I noticed I gain weight as soon as I come back home. Let’s face it there is good food out in the world and it is hard to ignore it. For this reason, I want to exercise more. I love to stay active, but I don’t stay consistent.
Last year, I tried to stay consistent half of the year, but then the other half I started slacking. I would like to exercise at least 3 times a week for an hour. In order to accomplish this, I would like to set a workout schedule each week. I tried this last year and it did help me. In addition, I would like to learn new exercises. Last year, I learned to kickbox and learned different leg and ab workouts. It’s important for me to learn more and more exercise routines, so I don’t get bored. I will make this new year resolution a priority, so I can take it seriously…Will I stay consistent in 2020? Stay tuned…
